Machine Development
Empire industrial engineering was engaged by a customer to design and develop a multi-layered cooling conveyor. We had multiple meetings with the client to ascertain the weight of product, heat requirements, input and output speed. We then developed a concept drawing/model using 3-D solid works. Once the concept was agreed upon, shop drawings were developed for manufacturing.
Planned Plant Maintenance and Service
Planned plant maintenance has to begin with a plan in mind. We help our customers in developing preventive maintenance tasks or procedures for your plant or facility. With a team of qualified tradespeople and the vehicles and resources for small or large jobs, Empire Industrial Engineering is well placed to maintain and repair a wide range of plant assets. We perform planned maintenance at regular intervals, or repair and refurbish jobs as required – often working to short lead times and in hard to get places.
